ok these seem to be popular so im gonna teach ya.
1. ok go to www.azupload.com and get a profile there.
2. once you have done that then go to image rotaters on the left side of the page
3. a screen with your uploaded image rotaters should come up, go to add image rotater and choose the name you want and set the rotation to random or linear. then choose the time you want it to change (if you put it on every time then it will change when someone clicks something.
4. click add image rotater and another screen should come up and it should have on it "external image" input the url to the pic in there and click "update rotater" then it should show at the bottom the pic you updated.
5. do the same step as number 4 but add another pic you want. you can add as many as you want.
6 (optionnal) at the bottom, where your uploaded pics are, you should see a little white circle next to each pic. click the white circle you want your rotater to start with and there ya go!!
oh yeah, one more thing. if you want to upload more images to that rotater, then you can by clicking on the rotater and input another url in the external image slot. oh and once you do this, then you dont have to copy the url again, it will already be in your avatar or sig once you input it. and just put url to image here to get the sig to show up.
