I only seem to use the shoutbox. Cuz really, the chatbox is just a fancier shoutbox, and I'm fine with the shoutbox we have. I won't say neither either, cuz without the shoutbox, off topicness sky rockets into forums it doesn't usually happen in.

Well, I'm more used to the Shoutbox, and it doesn't matter to me if the Chatbox is fancier.
I'm not allowed to use Chatboxes, anyway!

Due to popular demand and following a members POLL I have REMOVED the Chatbox from the Main Forum Index. It is neither disabled, physically uncoded, nor inactive - iTS simply hidden. It opens up the space available and can be re-introduced at any future stage/request.
