Dude, when creating a forum you need three things:

1. A good almost original idea that will interest people. Something that may be a little short on the internet, something that people will like to join.

2. Friends or contacts. You need all of your friends to be able to back you up in order for it to work.

3. You need dedication and a good sense and administration skills. You need to know how to run a forum and you need to know how to make your forum look and run in a well state.

I speak on behalf of myself, running around 6 forums in the last year. All of which eventually died. Don\'t get me wrong, they all were successful for what i wanted, especially NRPGN. For now, i have decided to step down and take on a few moderator roles around many different sites. Soon in the future maybe, i will recreate one of my forums but for now, just enjoy other peoples forums.
