Ok mates my idea. Get rid of some of the mods. To many. Just my thought. Every one is a mod here. So its truely no fun. A forum with all mods. It seems cool NOT to be a mod on this forum :-/ Sorry It just bugs me a bit

Well googlebob if you have not noticed you are staff so i would not say that you want staff demoted.

Demoting / promoting people is my job and all questions the are staff related should be taken up in the Staff Board.

There are 240 members on this board. 7 are mods, about 5 are active.

And about all of them are not needed The most of the mods here Are off the streets. Did not truely help the forum in any shape or form! They don't have more than 50 posts. They don't truely constribute to this forum. Kate on the other hand did with 2,000 plus posts! Now thats saying something next to most of the mods now.

And I don't mean to be an ass but i'm just stateing my opinion so mods please don't take this personaly. Luke you need mods like kate who actualy help the forum! Thats what kills a forum

yes but kate had waaaaaay more and im quite upset that one of me best mates was demoted AND banned...wot did she do oh yh told luke she wasnt unactive for that long...wow big deal i may sound b***hy but im stating a fact...plz dont be affended or anything luke but im just saying something...do u know how upset she was when she found out she was banned...almost in tears as she loves going on this forum...and not letting her on it EVER again is a bit harsh...y not for like a month or somat...i only joined to state that and u hear AND even tho she fell out with u she recomended it to me so i joined...by the way...she is quite upset she is not mates with u as she liked it loads. BTW i can only come on this forum on her comp so id just like to let u know *solks and says "i aint got a comp"*does anyone agree with wot i just said????

But BTW:

I realize that you're upset, but one question. How do you know the ban is permanent? Unless it says in the error message kate got when she tried to sign in:

"ban will be lifted: Never"

then the ban isn't permanent. Do check in to that with kate and let me know ok?

As for just this whole ban thing in general:

Disciplinary action taken by the forum staff is not supposed to be discussed publically. Please take this to the PM system. Alright? If you want to PM Luke about it, go ahead. If you want to PM me just to vent about how unfair this is in your mind, feel free. Just keep it to PMs is all I ask. As I said before, you aren't supposed to discuss disciplinary issues publically.

i have known her for a few yrs and ive never had any problems with her but i will tell u somat...its mostly boys she argues with so dont think its just u as it is not she argues with ppl she thinks are being nasty to her so its not just u cause ur her ex or nothin ok and i would just like to say i think if u r goin to ban her dont do it permanently do it for like a month or so or until she is rid of wot i told u about...she is getting better but this ban has stopped it
