i love spice food lots all the types but not very hot that impossible to eat for me but i can stick some for so time before i hit the water to cool down

i cant handle foods that are too spicy... actually what i call spicy is probably mild to most people. lol

same here my sisters love spicy and i and she thinks that my food mild and hers is hot but like having very hot food now and again most of time i stick to mild food as i eat whole chille from one of sister plates i realise that i liek mild food it was hot
